Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Kuro tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for the first exchange.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
